Reflexology

is a treatment of the feet or hands which can influence the health of the whole body. It is particularly effective to help with circulation, illness brought about by stress, or just as a relaxing and enjoyable treat for the feet.

Cost is £ 25 for an hour

Payment is also accepted as a mix of nets and cash (£5 minimum)

Yoga

Yoga is a system of movements practised with the breath. It is supported by a long history of practise and study which makes it safe and suitable for all. It is an effective way of keeping the body supple and healthy and is an enjpyable and interesting way of exercising the body and mind.

Classes available:

Tuesday 9.30am & 11.30am at Charmouth Village Hall on Wesley Close
from 19th September 2006

Cost is £ 5 per session or £ 20 for 5 lessons
